I am a Registered Dietitian with my Master's Degree in Nutritional Sciences. I am licensed in multiple states and have been in private practice for over ten years. I have also worked for nationally recognized healthcare institutions such as DaVita Dialysis and Cleveland Clinic. I have broad-based experience in renal nutrition, surgical and medical weight loss, and nutrition for seniors. Cooking is my most enjoyable hobby. I have a passion for farmers markets and challenge myself to use fresh herbs and produce in all of my cooking.
