Have you tried losing weight before, only to gain it back again? Do you feel overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition advice or frustrated because you know what to do, but struggle to make healthy habits fit into your busy life?

You don't need another fad diet, restrictive meal plan, or someone telling you to simply "eat less and move more." Weight loss is complex, and lasting success comes from building habits that work for your body, your lifestyle, and your goals.

As a Registered Dietitian, Health and Wellness Coach, and university nutrition instructor, I specialize in helping people lose excess body weight, improve their health, and create sustainable changes they can actually enjoy maintaining. Together, we'll focus on preserving muscle mass, reducing body fat, improving your relationship with food, and developing realistic strategies that help you feel healthier, more energetic, and more confident.

I hold a Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management and previously worked as the sole dietitian in a medication-assisted weight loss practice. I also welcome clients using tools such as GLP-1 medications and have extensive experience helping clients improve cholesterol levels through nutrition and lifestyle changes.

This is not a cookie-cutter approach. Our sessions are centered around you—your challenges, preferences, strengths, and goals. I'll provide evidence-based guidance, accountability, encouragement, and practical strategies to help you make progress without feeling deprived or overwhelmed.

When I'm not working with clients, you'll find me gardening, cooking, hiking, biking, practicing yoga, or enjoying the peace of rural Wisconsin. I believe nutrition and movement should enhance your life, not control it, and I'd love to help you discover ways to nourish your body, flourish in life, and experience joy throughout the journey.
