Hi! I’m Caroline, a Registered Dietitian with a background in inpatient clinical care and a passion for helping people thrive after hospitalization. My experience working in hospitals taught me how crucial nutrition is during recovery—and how overwhelming that process can feel. Now, I specialize in post-acute care, supporting patients as they transition home and adjust to new dietary needs.
I focus on making nutrition approachable, practical, and tailored to your unique lifestyle. Whether you're healing from surgery, managing a chronic condition, or just trying to feel better in your body, I'm here to help you feel confident and supported every step of the way.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics and a Masters of Professional Practice in Dietetics, completed my supervised practice in a variety of clinical settings, and stay up to date with current guidelines and research. I believe in meeting people where they are—there’s no one-size-fits-all approach, and we’ll work together to create goals that make sense for you.
Outside of work, I love exploring farmers markets, trying new recipes, and staying active with family and friends. I became a dietitian because I truly believe food is powerful—and that healing and health can be nourished one meal at a time.
I’m here to listen, guide, and support you on your journey to better health. I can’t wait to work with you!
