I am a Registered Dietitian, National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist helping clients achieve their goals by breaking down barriers to success and creating sustainable habits. 

With a passion for understanding the way people think and how we are able to harness our minds to change our behaviors, I started my education with a bachelor's degree in psychology.  What began as a personal desire to achieve optimal health and wellbeing through the power of food led me to get my second bachelor's degree in dietetics in an effort to help others do the same.

After working as a clinical dietitian for 4 years, I wanted to help people create healthy eating behaviors before they got to the hospital.  I worked as a consultant helping local companies implement employee wellness programs in the workplace to improve the wellbeing of their employees.  This is where I was introduced to the field of health coaching, which sits at the intersection of psychology and health, empowering people to achieve their best selves. 

I see the best in each person I coach, and help them realize and build on their own strengths.   I believe in the power of learning from perceived failures and in the importance of finding balance instead of striving for perfection.   I lead with non-judgement and compassion, and believe each person is capable of incredible things!
