I am a registered dietitian passionate about helping people make nutrition simple, sustainable, and empowering. My journey began while caring for my grandmother with Alzheimer’s, where I saw firsthand how nutrition can impact health, energy, and quality of life. Later, I supported another grandmother through cancer, applying my knowledge to help her meet her nutritional needs and improve her well-being. These personal experiences inspired me to guide others toward healthier habits with compassion, understanding, and practical strategies.
In my practice, I focus on personalized, evidence-based approaches that fit each client’s lifestyle and goals. I don’t believe in rigid diets or one-size-fits-all plans. Instead, I create realistic strategies that help clients build confidence, improve their relationship with food, and achieve lasting results.
My mission is to empower clients to feel in control of their health, develop sustainable habits, and find balance in their nutrition journey.
