Background

Hello! I just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. I am so excited that you are exploring my profile and to be on this journey with you! After experiencing health crises myself in my twenties, including cancer and learning what true health is, I knew I wanted to help others do the same. I became a certified personal trainer and health coach through the American Council on Exercise. This taught me that to be able to help in a more comprehensive way I would help the most by becoming a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I attended Kansas State University and earned my undergrad in both dietetics and human nutrition. I then went on to enroll in Andrew’s University Masters in Human Nutrition Program and completed my dietetic internship with 1200 clinical, community and food service hours. I’ve been honored to help hundreds of people in their health. I still love to keep myself healthy by one of my favorite hobbies and that is running. I enjoy traveling, hiking and with my family of six and friends. I’m a firm believer in massage, counseling and serving others. Once again, I’m so excited to have you here and look forward to helping you achieve your goals!
