Background

Ashley Winfrey, MS, RDN, LDN

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

As a patient, you can expect a welcoming, non-judgmental space where we’ll work together to make nutrition feel less overwhelming and more aligned with your life. My goal is to provide evidence-based guidance that’s practical, flexible, and tailored to your individual needs—whether that means reviewing lab results, adjusting meal patterns, or addressing the emotional side of eating.

I work with individuals of all ages navigating a range of nutrition concerns, including weight management, diabetes, PCOS, metabolic syndrome, hormone-related conditions, and disordered eating patterns. If you're looking for support in understanding your body better and taking small, sustainable steps toward your goals, we may be a great fit.

I hold a Master of Science in Applied Nutrition and have over 10 years of experience working in clinical education, nutrition curriculum development, and chronic disease support. I’m a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist in Louisiana and eligible for licensure in multiple states.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of five, which means I’m very familiar with the realities of busy schedules, picky eaters, and the constant search for balance. I enjoy swimming, boating, and reading—especially when I can squeeze in a chapter between grocery runs and carpool duties.

I became a dietitian because I saw firsthand how confusing nutrition can feel when you're trying to manage a health condition, sift through mixed messages, or simply care for yourself in a busy

world. My mission is to help bridge the gap between nutrition science and everyday life - so you can feel more confident, informed, and supported on your health journey.
