Hi! I’m a Registered Dietitian with a strong background in outpatient counseling, specializing in weight management, diabetes, high cholesterol, and women’s health. I’ve also had the privilege of working as a nutrition educator for The Partnership for Women and Children’s Health, where I supported women through pregnancy and postpartum-a stage of life I’m deeply passionate about.
I’m also a wife and proud mother of two collegiate athletes, which make health and wellness a daily priority in our home. When my children were babies and I was navigating breastfeeding, I was humbled by the experience-it gave me a whole new perspective on the mothers I counseled in the past. The personal journey helped deepen my empathy, understanding, and approach as a dietitian.
When we work together, you can expect a supportive, personalized experience built around your goals, preferences, and lifestyle. I believe in practical, evidence-based nutrition, but also in listening first-because real life doesn’t follow a textbook. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, empowered and encouraged.
Having gone through early menopause myself, I also understand firsthand the hormonal changes and challenges our bodies face as women. I bring that lived experience, along with my clinical knowledge, to help clients navigate these transitions with compassion and confidence.
Whether you’re preparing for pregnancy, recovering postpartum, managing a chronic condition, or facing the shifts that come with midlife, I’m here to walk alongside you. Nutrition isn’t a one-size-fits-all, and I’m committed to helping you find what works best for you.
"As a Registered Dietitian, I work collaboratively with clients to support their unique health goals through compassionate personalized care. With a strong background in outpatient counseling for weight loss, diabetes and high cholesterol, I bring both expertise and empathy to every session. I have a true passion for guiding and empowering women through pregnancy and postpartum with evidence-based nutrition to promote long-term health for both mom and baby."
