Hi, I’m a proud Appalachian State University graduate with over five years of experience helping people improve their health through nutrition. I’ve spent much of my career in clinical settings, serving as Lead Dietitian for trauma, surgical, gastrointestinal, and cardiac patients. Currently, I’m the Clinical Nutrition Manager at a 300-bed hospital, where I have the privilege of leading a team of six dedicated dietitians.
Originally from North Carolina, I spent four years in Florida before settling in South Carolina, which now feels like home. My approach to nutrition is rooted in mindfulness and individuality. I focus on helping people make realistic, lasting changes that support their overall well-being.
A little about me — I’m a foodie who loves trying new restaurants and experimenting in the kitchen (I’ve even taken a few culinary classes!). During my downtime you can usually find me lifting weights, cycling, or planning my next trip. I also have the cutest boxer/staffy mix named Rex who totally runs the show.
"""As a Registered Dietitian, I take a personalized and mindful approach to nutrition. I recognize that everyone’s body, goals, and lifestyle are different—there’s no one-size-fits-all plan. I work with each client to build awareness around their eating habits and create realistic, sustainable strategies that support their overall well-being. I don’t believe in the word “diet”; instead, I focus on fostering lasting lifestyle changes that help you feel your best, inside and out" " "
