I am a registered dietitian with over 10 years of clinical experience helping individuals take control of their health through evidence-based, functional, and personalized nutrition. Over the years, I have supported patients navigate a wide range of conditions- including weight management, diabetes, kidney disease, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, transplant recovery, GI disorders, oncology, and overall wellness.
I earned my bachelor's degree from Northern Illinois University and master's degree from Eastern Illinois University. Following my internship, I worked in a fast-paced clinical setting, providing medical nutrition therapy to a range of complex patients as well as specializing in kidney disease.
My approach is warm, approachable, and empowering. I believe nutrition is not about quick fixes, but about creating sustainable, personalized strategies that fit your lifestyle and help you feel your best. Having seen firsthand how powerful medical nutrition therapy can be in managing and even transforming health, I am passionate about partnering with you on your journey- whether that means preventing disease, improving current conditions, or simply building a healthier, more energized life.
"My primary approach is helping individuals take control of their health through evidence-based, functional, and personalized nutrition. Together, we'll create realistic, individualized plans that are grounded in science, yet flexible enough to meet you where you are. My goal is not just to treat conditions, but to help you thrive."
