Ashley Broadrick is a seasoned registered dietitian with over 20 years of experience in the field of nutrition and wellness. She earned her degree from the University of Georgia and completed her dietetic internship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, laying a strong foundation for a diverse and impactful career.
Her professional journey spans a wide range of settings focusing on program development and corporate wellness with the Nashville Fire Department, the Chattanooga YMCA, a local healthcare system as well as practicing inpatient and outpatient clinical nutrition. Ashley’s areas of interest include oncology nutrition, sports nutrition, women’s health (particularly ages 30–50), and weight management with GLP-1 medications—all approached through a functional and holistic lens.
Ashley believes that nutrition is not a “one size fits all” solution. Her philosophy centers on meeting clients where they are in their personal journey, helping them make sustainable, meaningful changes. As a full-time working mom of four, she deeply understands the challenges of balancing health with the demands of a busy life and is passionate about helping others navigate that path with compassion and practicality.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys running, lingering over coffee, and engaging in meaningful conversations. She looks forward to partnering with you on your wellness journey—one small change at a time.
"I offer clients a real life approach to incorporate nutrition as a way of life. As a working mom of 4 and dietitian of 20 years I get that life is full, chaotic and healthy eating feels impossible. I love walking along side of people and promise to make food fun!"
