With over 18 years of experience in the field of nutrition, I am passionate about helping individuals achieve their health goals in a sustainable, realistic way. My journey began in India, where I earned my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nutrition. After moving to the U.S., I had the privilege of training at Harvard’s teaching hospital, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, where I worked on various clinical nutrition projects.
Throughout my career, I have worked in hospitals, outpatient clinics, and private practice, giving me a well-rounded understanding of different aspects of nutrition. Over the years, I have learned that restriction is not the answer to weight loss, just as antacids are not the solution for long-term heartburn or GERD. True healing comes from identifying and addressing the root causes of health concerns, rather than just managing symptoms. That’s why my approach blends science with practical, real-world strategies that focus on sustainable lifestyle changes rather than quick fixes.
I understand that food is deeply personal, influenced by culture, emotions, and lifestyle. That’s why I take the time to truly listen and provide guidance that aligns with your unique preferences and goals. Whether you're looking to manage a health condition, improve your relationship with food, or simply feel your best, I’m here to help you every step of the way. Let’s work together to create lasting, meaningful change—without guilt, restrictions, or temporary solutions.
