Background

I’m an experienced clinical dietitian with a passion for an intuitive eating approach that aligns with your "seasons" of life.

I have worked in multiple hospitals across the country in various departments to help patients from all walks of life get their health back on track. And we’re going to use the latest evidence-based practices to help get yours back on track as well.

I got my Master's Degree in Nutrition, Healthspan, and Longevity from The University of Southern California. I currently live in Chicago where I plan to put down roots.

My ideal client should have a healthy dose of skepticism and an open mind to treatment. I don’t pretend to have all the answers, but you can count on evidence based recommendations. I strive to be a coach who supports clients in defining success, set goals for a vision of the future, build confidence, and foster a better relationship with food, body, and mind.

My goal is to set you up for success.

On our first call, we’ll review your health history and, more importantly, get to know each other on a human level to build a plan together. Our mission is to get you to fall back in love with your body and fall back in love with food. We’ll set up achievable milestones together to ensure we not only stay on track – but get there in time as well.

I cannot wait to work with you and help you fall in love again.
