Hi, I’m Angela Wilensky, MS, RD, CDN—but feel free to call me Angel. I hold a Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Loma Linda University, along with degrees in Health Communication and Health Sciences from Pacific Union College. My experience spans long-term care, sub-acute rehab, hospitals, dialysis centers, school nutrition, foodservice administration, and nutrition writing focused on combining evidence-based research with holistic wellness.
Outside of work, I love musical theatre (both watching it and performing in it), exploring New York City (although I’ll always be a California girl at heart), trying new restaurants, and cheering on the Buffalo Bills. These joys keep me grounded and allow me to bring a sense of warmth and energy into every client relationship.
Ultimately, I became a dietitian because I wanted to blend science and food into something meaningful. Nutrition is universal, and I believe everyone deserves the tools to feel good in their body and confident in their choices. My philosophy is all about balance: nourishing your body while still enjoying life, because health should feel empowering, not restrictive.
"I combine evidence-based nutrition with a holistic perspective to guide clients toward balance and well-being. My approach is supportive, flexible, and client-centered. I meet you where you are and help simplify nutrition into small, practical steps. Together, we’ll focus on progress over perfection, so healthy habits feel natural, sustainable, and realistic for your lifestyle."
