Background

I am a registered dietitian with nearly a decade of experience in nutrition education and five years of practice as an RD. I received a B.S. in Dietetics and a Master of Public Health in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention with a focus on Maternal and Child Health. My professional background ranges from working with diverse populations through WIC, as well as specialized pediatric hospital care in hematology/oncology, bone marrow transplants, and dialysis. These experiences deepened my passion for maternal and pediatric health, while also equipping me to support individuals of all ages in achieving a wide range of goals—from weight management and reproductive health to chronic disease management and overall nutritional wellbeing.

My approach is compassionate, holistic, and tailored to each client. I believe in food’s powerful role in healing and growth, and I aim to empower clients to discover what works best for their unique needs. With a foundation in clinical care, public health, and culturally responsive, evidence-based counseling, I support my clients with respect, knowledge, and genuine care every step of the way.

Born in Colombia and fluent in both English and Spanish, I value connecting with clients across cultures and life stages. As a wife and mother, I carry the same empathy and dedication into my work that I bring to my own family—helping others take meaningful steps toward lifelong wellness.

When working with me, clients can expect a supportive, judgment-free space, personalized guidance rooted in evidence-based practices, and practical strategies that fit their lifestyle—so they feel empowered, informed, and confident in nourishing their health and wellbeing.
