I am a Registered Dietitian with over a decade of experience helping adults achieve better health through nutrition and lifestyle support. I also hold a B.A. in Holistic Health and am currently pursuing certification in personal training, reflecting my commitment to blending movement and nutrition for whole-body wellness. My passion for functional nutrition allows me to look beyond symptoms and focus on root causes, empowering clients with practical strategies that create lasting change.
Since 2011, I have worked with a wide range of adult populations managing diverse health conditions. More recently, my focus has shifted to supporting women in perimenopause and menopause—a stage of life I personally understand. Having navigated my own menopause journey, including the challenges of weight fluctuation and other symptoms, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my practice. This allows me to meet women with empathy, compassion, and practical tools tailored to their needs.
Outside of my professional work, I value simple, practical cooking, gardening and farming, exploring the outdoors, and staying active. My greatest drive comes from helping women recognize that menopause is not an end point, but an opportunity to thrive in new and empowering ways.
"I help women in perimenopause and menopause thrive through a holistic, evidence-based approach to nutrition and lifestyle. My focus is on supporting hormone balance, weight loss, boosting energy, and easing symptoms with the power of real, nourishing foods. I empower women with sustainable tools that strengthen body and mind, fostering resilience, confidence, and long-term vitality during this transformative stage of life."
