Background

Hi my name is Anabelle, I’m so glad you’re here! As a registered dietitian, my goal is to provide evidence-based nutrition guidance in an encouraging environment where you feel seen, heard, and supported. I believe food is more than just fuel—it’s a powerful tool that can support healing, enhance our well-being, and bring joy to everyday life. When we meet, you can expect compassionate personalized support that honors your unique story, culture, and health goals.

I enjoy taking an integrative approach to nutrition care. Whether you are facing a new diagnosis, managing a chronic disease or just ready to take a healthful step in the right direction I’m here to help guide you on the journey of nutrition and support you in achieving lasting change. I see nutrition as deeply personal, and I work to meet my clients where they are with care, curiosity, and encouragement.

I hold a Bachelor’s in Dietetics and Nutrition Science from Florida International University and completed my dietetic internship through Emory University Hospital. Over the years, I’ve worked in clinical and community settings, which has helped shape a well-rounded and realistic approach to nutrition care.

Outside of work, I’m someone who finds great joy in the kitchen. I love experimenting with new recipes—sometimes they’re a hit and others a learning lesson. I also love hosting gatherings, spending time in nature, traveling, and hanging out with my sweet dog Buster. I dream of one day living on a mini farm and opening a bed and breakfast.

I became a dietitian because I believe food has the power to heal, connect, and uplift. My private practice grew out of a calling to walk alongside others on their journey toward sustainable health. If you're looking for someone who will meet you with both expertise and heart, I’d be honored to support you on your journey.
