I’ve been a registered dietitian nutritionist since 2012, with a passion for helping people feel confident in their ability to nourish themselves. My career began as an AmeriCorps volunteer teaching gardening and cooking to elementary school students in Seattle, and that hands-on, approachable style has stuck with me ever since.
I specialize in cooking education and love helping folks make small, realistic tweaks to what they’re already doing—because often, the tools are already there. My goal is to be a supportive partner, offering encouragement and a little humor along the way. I expect honesty from my patients, and I always want to know if something isn’t working—this is a team effort!
Outside of work, you’ll find me baking sourdough, tending to my houseplants, or dancing salsa. I grew up in the Chicago suburbs as the youngest of five and now live in the high alpine desert of New Mexico, where I'm learning to ski and embrace the mountain air.
