Hello! My name is Amy, and I’m a registered dietitian with over ten years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. My interest for nutrition began in college when I learned how strongly food impacts health. My own experience with GI symptoms, including dairy and gluten intolerance helps me understand how frustrating food triggers can feel. I’ve worked with people across the lifespan, from premature infants to older adults, and I enjoy helping people feel more confident, supported, and less overwhelmed with nutrition. My background includes pediatric nutrition, GI concerns, disordered eating support, tube feeding and IV nutrition, chronic kidney disease, and general nutrition counseling. In 2019, I co-authored an enteral nutrition chapter for a pediatric textbook used as a resource for dietitians. Before joining Fay, I spent five years working with adults with chronic kidney disease and other health conditions. I am also a board-certified specialist in renal nutrition.
I believe nutrition should feel realistic, supportive, and individualized — not rigid or overwhelming. Our first session will be a relaxed, non-judgmental conversation where I can learn more about you, your health history, your current habits, and what matters most to you. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling heard, supported, and clear on your next steps. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your journey toward better health!
