Background

As a Registered Dietitian, I’m passionate about empowering you to make sustainable lifestyle changes that fit your unique needs. Expect to leave our sessions with practical tools, personalized meal ideas, and a renewed sense of confidence in your ability to nourish your body.

My focus areas include weight management (with or without the use of medications), type 2 diabetes, and general wellbeing. I work with individuals who are looking to move away from restrictive diets and towards a balanced, enjoyable approach to eating. If you're seeking a compassionate and evidence-based approach to nutrition, we'll likely be a great fit!

My credentials as a registered dietitian include an MD from Gothenburg University in Sweden, a MS in Human Nutrition from Drexel University, training in coaching methods such as Motivational Interviewing, and over a decade of experience helping clients achieve their wellness goals.

When I'm not helping clients, you will likely find me chatting over coffee with a friend, developing new healthy recipes in my kitchen, or in the car chauffeuring my three kids to basketball, baseball, soccer or violin practice.

Fun fact: I’m a true Foodie dietitian, and have written 4 cookbooks, published in Sweden (where I grew up!)

My journey to becoming a Registered Dietitian stemmed from a deep-seated belief that everyone deserves to feel their best through the power of a healthy lifestyle. I built my private practice because I wanted to create a space where individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered to make lasting changes. I'm driven by the joy of connecting with my clients and help them figure out their own power and ability to achieve a healthier, happier life.
