I hold a Master of Science in Nutrition and have been a Registered Dietitian for over 12 years. My career spans clinical nutrition, foodservice management, and strategic program development. I’ve received multiple awards for leadership and innovation in healthcare nutrition services. Outside of work, I’m a book lover—recently captivated by The Paris Agent by Kelly Rimmer. I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring local farmers markets, and experimenting with Mediterranean recipes. Fun fact: I once led a cooking demo for over 100 seniors and turned a skeptical crowd into hummus enthusiasts! became a dietitian because I believe food is one of the most powerful tools we have for healing, connection, and joy.
