I hold a Master of Science in Nutrition and have been a Registered Dietitian for more than 12 years. My career includes clinical nutrition, foodservice leadership, and program development, with a focus on improving care, supporting teams, and creating practical nutrition strategies that work in real life.
I became a dietitian because I believe food is one of our most powerful tools for healing, connection, and joy. I’m passionate about helping people build healthy, trusting relationships with food while honoring their individual needs, preferences, and life experiences. Supporting individuals as they reconnect with their bodies and feel more confident around food is the most rewarding part of my work.
Outside of work, I’m an avid reader and recently loved The Women by Kristin Hannah. I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring local farmers markets, and experimenting with Mediterranean-inspired recipes. Fun fact: I love turning everyday meals into simple, nourishing dishes and can happily talk for hours about how small food choices can make a big difference.
I provide more than meal plans. You’ll get practical tools, strategies, and support to build a healthy relationship with food. Together, we focus on lasting changes that boost energy, improve health, and help you feel confident and at ease in your body. We explore your habits, preferences, and lifestyle to create a plan that fits your life, helping you make choices that are realistic, enjoyable, and sustainable for the long term.
