Background

Amanda has two Masters of Science degrees- Applied Exercise Physiology and Nutrition, Healthspan, & Longevity. Before becoming a dietitian, Amanda worked in Strength and Conditioning, with experience at the University of Central Florida, as well as Johnson and Johnson. Before long, Amanda decided to pursue a career in her first passion: nutrition. She found her true purpose working with patients who struggle with eating disorders and co-occurring conditions, which lead her to become a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist. Amanda loves to educate and counsel her patients in order to elicit a behavioral change, which ultimately allows for food freedom and body respect. The goal of Soul Source Nutrition is to continue helping others build a healthy relationship with food and their bodies, and say good-bye to FAD diets, food rules, and diet culture.

Amanda provides a safe and inviting environment to build rapport and trust. She will be by your side throughout your journey and ensure a positive experience and outcome.
