I've been a registered dietitian for more than 15 years.  I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Nutritional Science from University of California at Davis and completed my internship training at UC Davis Medical Center where I had extensive opportunities with patients both hospitalized and in outpatient clinics. Most of my professional time has been spent in clinical work.

Additionally, as an internationally board certified lactation consultant (IBCLC), I have maternal nutrition and lactation expertise. I enjoy working with those who have gestational diabetes, pregnancy or postpartum nutrition questions, and lactation goals.
