Hi, I’m Alison Griffith, MA, RD, LD — a registered dietitian passionate about helping women and families feel their best through realistic, sustainable nutrition. I hold a Master of Arts in Health Advancement and Promotion and a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics.
I specialize in diabetes care, women’s health, pregnancy and postpartum nutrition, PCOS, hypertension, digestive concerns such as GERD, and overall family wellness. My approach combines evidence-based guidance with practical strategies that fit real life—because nutrition should work for you, not against you. Together, we’ll focus on creating balance, improving energy, and building habits that last.
As a mom myself, I understand the challenges of nourishing yourself and your family while managing a busy schedule. I love helping clients simplify healthy eating, find confidence in the kitchen, and make peace with food.
