I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics and am deeply rooted in science, but what truly drives me is the opportunity to work with people to help them improve their wellbeing. My approach is evidence-based but never rigid; I believe in meeting people where they are and building realistic, sustainable habits that align with their lifestyle.
As a dietitian, I see myself as a catalyst to your nutrition journey. I’m open-minded, empowering, and committed to making nutrition approachable. I aim to make the process feel encouraging and doable.
I’ve witnessed firsthand how powerful nutrition can be in transforming lives, and as someone who genuinely loves helping others, I wish to be a guide in that process. My goal is always to help you feel more confident, capable, and in control of your health.
In my freetime, you can usually find me walking my dog Mooch, trying to write poetry, journaling, shopping more than I probably should, or listening to folk country while laying in the sun or by a bonfire.
"As a science-based, person-centered dietitian, my mission is to empower individuals to take control of their health in a way that’s realistic, sustainable, and deeply personal. I combine evidence-based nutrition with a practical, compassionate approach—because health isn’t achieved through extremes, but through small, consistent choices that fit your life."
