Hi! I’m a Registered Dietitian with a decade of experience supporting individuals and communities in achieving their nutrition and wellness goals. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Human Biology at University of California, San Diego and my Masters of Science in Nutrition at California State University, Chico.
My professional journey began in clinical settings, where I provided direct care to patients in intensive care units, general medicine, and outpatient clinics. Over the years, I’ve expanded my role to lead a large team of dietitians in one of the busiest public hospitals in Los Angeles.
I am now back in patient care and specialize in culturally competent care and work with clients from all backgrounds. I understand that food is deeply personal—tied to culture, tradition, and lifestyle—and I’m passionate about creating personalized, sustainable nutrition plans that honor those values. Whether you’re managing a health condition, navigating nutrition during a major life change, or just looking to feel better in your body, I’m here to support you with evidence-based strategies and practical guidance.
I bring a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to every session. I’ve worked with many clients and dietitians and believe deeply in continuous learning and collaboration. My counseling is grounded in motivational interviewing and Health at Every Size (HAES) principles, helping you make positive, lasting changes without shame or stigma.
Outside of work, I love trying cooking, reading, spending time outdoors, and exploring different cultures through food. My goal is to meet you where you are and support your unique journey to better health—whatever that looks like for you.
