Background

Hi! I'm Abigail (Abbie) Alder, MS, RDN, CDN, LDN. I'm a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Nutrition Therapist originally from Syracuse, New York. I completed my Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Buffalo State University, and I currently live in Syracuse, New York.

I offer nutrition therapy for any and all nutrition-related concerns, and I have a passion for working with people from all walks of life. I specialize in providing a trauma-informed approach, which translates to moving at a pace that is safe and comfortable for you. We will collaborate together to find what works best for you as a person, taking into full account your specific life circumstances.

My nutrition therapy approach is truly personalized to your needs and your wellbeing. When working with me, you will find that I heavily promote sustainability. This approach allows you to build life-long habits to help reach your goals. I empower you to take ownership of your health to make changes that best fit your preferences and lifestyle.

In my free time, I love to cook, do yoga, go for walks, and do creative projects. I especially enjoy trying new things, traveling, and learning!
