Background

I have been a registered dietitian nutritionist for 23 years. I have been a certified exercise physiologist for 24 years. I have been a certified diabetes care and education specialist for the past 19 years. I have been a certified LEAP Therapist for the past 10 years.

I work with clients who have gestational diabetes, Type 1 diabetes, Type 2 diabetes, and prediabetes. We work together to get your glucose levels in a better range.

I work with clients who have challenges with disordered eating or eating disorders.  I work with you on improving your relationship with food.

I also work with clients who have inflammation so we can work together to lower that and improve your quality of life.  If you struggle with migraines, autoimmune conditions, gastrointestinal conditions, we will work on identifying your food sensitivities and creating a meal plan to lower inflammation.

I am here to support you and help you along your health journey.  I work with you on sustainable changes and don't believe in diets.

I have wanted to become a registered dietitian, diabetes educator, and have my own private practice since I was in the 7th/8th grade. I love helping people with their health goals through sustainable steps.

I enjoy spending time with my children, cooking/baking, reading, playing games, and taking time to go to the beach.

Jane completely changed how I think about food. She’s patient, knowledgeable, and explains things in a way that actually makes sense.
