I am continually impressed with this platform and how easy it is to offer nutrition services through insurance to clients. I love seeing people from around the country; it feels great to expand and connect with clients near and far!

I started my private practice over 3 years ago with Fay. Since then, I was able to leave my clinic role in January of this year and launch full time into private practice!

I became a dietitian last year and I LOVE IT! I currently work full-time at a hospital and am trying to grow my private practice. This is why I joined Fay! I love helping clients dealing with cancer, and I plan on becoming a CSO.

I started with Fay in June 2023, and within a few months I had a full schedule of clients I was genuinely excited to work with!

Obtaining insurance based clients and hiring a billing specialist is significantly more expensive than taking a one time hit. Fay’s payout rates are extremely high in the industry so I am grateful for the Boost button - it supported me in building a full client schedule in weeks!

Very Great Service covered by a wide range of insurance companies. It's definitely worth using if your insurance covers it. Getting to learn about nutrition from a RD is so helpful!!

I feel as though Fay is a great resource and I enjoy meeting with my dietician, but the phone app seems to struggle when trying to upload journal entries. I can use my computer just fine, but the app always gives me the spinning wheel as though it is trying, but never actually gets there. This happens whether I am on wifi or my data. Don't have any issues with uploading on any other apps. Still love the program though!

It took a few initial appointments, but I finally found a great RD to assist me in overcomeing histamine overload and gut biomes imbalances. She is super sharp, hit the ground running, and seriously impressed me. Fay so far as been able to get all my appointments paid by my insurance. There was a bug with the app, but the app's developers were quick to respond to my feedback and released a fix to resolve it. I absolutely LOVE this app and this service.

I've struggled with food my whole life. On a whim I signed up with Fay. Sarah C. Has helped me reframe my thoughts and get comfortable with food again. She helped me navigate IBS issues. I have learned so much about my myself in this process, I'm astounded. My insurance totally covers my sessions, which is awesome. However, now that I've gone through the process of working with a registered dietitian, I would absolutely do it again even if my insurance didn't cover it.

Absolutely recommend if you have ins, worth everything to finally be able to talk to someone about how to actually go about getting healthy

It's been really life-changing to start working with a dietitian. I feel so much more energized, I'm also happy to know that my balanced diet is good for me and my health. I've had 4 visits with my dietician Victoria and I love her! Fay made it easy to find someone that is knowledgeable and caring. I can easily message her on the app to get feedback on my meals, ask questions, etc. She helps me set reasonable goals to work toward healthy weight loss by eating healthier and increasing my exercise, and is available if I need some motivation. Highly recommend!

The Fay app is great! You can search for a nutritionist by what you are looking to accomplish. I was specifically looking for a nutritionist that specializes in autoimmune and that is exactly what I found! I was able to put in my insurance information as well as my HSA card. I enjoy having virtual meetings as it is hard to make time to find a nutritionist that is close to where I live. The whole process is super simple. You can also send chats to your nutritionist which is a great feature. I 100% recommend the Fay app!

This is a fantastic way to connect with a dietitian. My insurance covers it completely! My dietitian is an amazing listener and collaborator. She motivates me, but in a supportive and balanced way.

I have been working with Rita for years now. I have never been so supported and guided on such a difficult journey the way I have with her. She doesn't judge, she offers suggestions, she educates and she still shows you how to incorporate your happy foods. She works well with understanding different cultures and how to still enjoy special dishes. I feel empowered working with her and I have been blessed to find her. Her support goes beyond our appointment and I appreciate her a ton! I don't feel alone and I feel she's right along with me even if I slip up encouraging me through. I owe her a huge thanks!

Saw an ad on TikTok. Was super skeptical since most things on there are bogus. Let me tell you‚ I am so glad I tried it out. My dietician Francesca is amazing. I look forward to sharing my struggles and wins every week. The app is good. One thing I wish is that it would send me a push notification when my dietician responds to me. I have it set to allow push notifications but I'm not getting them. So I've missed her replies for a day or so since I have to remember to go look if she messaged me back. It's a small inconvenience though because she's the best. I almost didn't want to name drop cuz I'm scared she will get too popular

I love this app because I'm able to send my dietitian exactly what I eat every week and get personalized feedback <33 the user interface is also so easy

We met today for approximately an hour. She had prepared a couple of things for me to review prior to our meeting and I had sent her items that I wanted to cover in our first session. She was well prepared and explained things well. I am confident she has the experience to help me. I will be sending her lists of things I eat so she can calculate portion sizes and compare to the daily limits she has set for my condition. We have scheduled our next session in two weeks.

I am two weeks in with Fay and loving it! Camilla Mirkin, RD is a perfect fit for me because she takes a holistic approach and I do not feel restricted. We discussed both long and short term goals that are realistic so I do not get discouraged like I have in the past from other diets. She is extremely knowledgeable and provides actionable advice I can incorporate in my day to day food choices. I love how she holds me accountable by having me send pictures on my meals daily. She even gives me product and recipe suggestions which feels above and beyond to me! The best part of it all is it is fully covered by my insurance. My only regret with Fay is that I didn't do it sooner!

I reached out to Carah at Fay because my 3 year old was not gaining weight for a while. She gave me a lot of ideas and provided me with resources to increase his calorie intake. Melissa D., my Registered Dietician who has a special certification in diabetes and who works in clinical setting, has been very helpful because she meets my needs where I am currently, plus her practical advice helps increase my power to make healthier and manageable choices for my lifestyle. My nutritional and exercise goals are realistic, and I am making progress during the month that I have been participating in our sessions. Our conversations concern so much more than just eating more vegetables or just avoiding sugar! I look forward to continued success with her support! I saw the ads on IG and thought I could give Fay a try since it worked with my insurance. I am two weeks in and I have partnered with a great dietician. I lost 14 lbs so far and feel more energized. I have been using Faye to help manage my IBS. Before using Faye, I was struggling with daily symptoms, and I did not get any advice from my md that was helpful. My RD (Sally!) is amazing. I have been seeing a dietitian for a bit and have always struggled with journaling (takes too long and is kinda annoying). This app makes it so easy - literally takes me 20 seconds to add something to my Fay journal and then I can move on with my life! Has been great bc journaling more has helped me achieve a lot of my nutrition goals a lot faster. Also the app keeps track of how long you've been journaling for - not to brag but I have a 27 day streak.
