That is why Fay is honored to announce our partnership with Crisis Text Line, a leading mental health organization that provides free, 24/7 support. This collaboration is built on a shared commitment to providing a holistic range of support options, ensuring that anyone who reaches out has access to the specialized resources they need to thrive.

From Daily Mood to Long-Term Recovery: The Role of Nutrition

Our diet can be a powerful ally for our mental health. Simple changes can have a significant impact by supporting brain function and stabilizing mood. Through our collaboration:

  • Crisis Text Line continues to provide its essential, 24/7 support through live, trained volunteer Crisis Counselors, creating a safe space for texters to discuss whatever is on their mind.
  • Fay will serve as a trusted resource for these volunteers. When appropriate, Crisis Counselors can share Fay as an option for texters to connect with a credentialed Registered Dietitian who can provide personalized guidance on their specific challenge.

This ensures that whether a person needs help creating a balanced eating plan to manage anxiety or requires specialized support for an eating disorder, there is a clear and reliable path to professional care.
