Hi! I’m Zheng! As a Registered Dietitian, my greatest passion is to create a truly safe and respectful space for all bodies and identities. My goal is to help you rewrite the narratives that may be holding you back, so you can find genuine peace with eating, moving, and living in your body.
Fostering this warm, inclusive, and empowering environment is at the heart of my approach. As a BIPOC provider and someone who moved to North America for college, I know firsthand that our relationships with food are deeply personal. I am particularly focused on the intersection of your unique culture, lived experiences, and health goals, and I aim to offer support that honors your whole story and meets you exactly where you are.
My path to this work began with a fascination for the mind-body connection, which led me to a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Neuroscience from the University of Toronto. This foundation inspired me to explore the powerful role food plays in our well-being. I then earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Pittsburgh, specializing in Advanced Medical Nutrition Therapy. Today, I’m happy to live and practice in San Antonio, Texas.
In my practice, I’ve had the privilege of guiding many clients through complex health challenges. My experience includes supporting individuals navigating acute and chronic GI conditions — from IBD, food sensitivities, and GERD to recovery from GI surgeries and life with an ostomy or advanced nutrition support (enteral/parenteral nutrition). I have also stood alongside many individuals through their unique diabetes, bariatric, and GLP-1 journeys, offering compassionate partnership every step of the way.
When I’m not working, I’m all about finding what genuinely feels good. I treasure my quiet days as a homebody (naps are essential!) just as much as I love getting outside to hike with my loved ones. You can also often find me exploring local cafes — I have a particular weakness for cat cafes! Lately, I’ve been delving into new creative hobbies like photography and video editing. And, I’ll admit, I have a soft spot for collecting cute stationery and blind boxes!
Thank you for being here. I would be honored to be part of your journey!
"Your story deserves to be heard. I'm a BIPOC provider passionate about creating a warm, safe space where you feel truly seen. As a compassionate partner, we'll use a weight-neutral (HAES-informed) approach to find peace with food and body, manage GI concerns, or navigate general health goals. We'll focus on flexible habits that honor your culture and whole self - no rigid rules, just goals that meet you where you are."
