About Me
Your health and quality of life matter. Hi, I’m Yoko Fujikawa, MS, MCN, RDN, CNSC—a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with advanced certification in nutrition support and dual master’s degrees in science and nutrition. Actively working in acute care hospitals and rehabilitation settings, I help clients navigate a wide range of conditions.
I’m also pursuing certification in functional medicine because I believe in a whole-person, root-aware approach to care. Everyone is unique, and I strive to accommodate your needs as much as I can as an advocate for your health. I started my private practice because the time we have with patients in the inpatient setting is often too limited to make lasting changes.
I blend evidence-based medical nutrition therapy with a holistic perspective. Growing up in Japan gives me a unique outlook and deep respect for cultural differences that shape each person’s health journey.
My style is compassionate, practical, and non-judgmental. I aim to empower you to feel confident making sustainable changes that improve your health and well-being.
A Bit About Me
I’m a mom to teenagers and enjoy staying active—fun fact: I hold a black belt in judo! I love exploring new foods and often ask clients about their favorites so I can try them too.
