Victoria Fingerle, RD

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) who has always been passionate about food, health, and helping others. When you work with me, you can expect to walk away from each session with a clear picture of our overall path as well as what steps/goals you can focus on between each session. My goal is to help you feel confident, heard, and understood during our time together. I focus on helping my clients make behavior changes that align with their personal and health-related goals. Many people feel they "know what they need to do" but struggle to stick with it, thats where I come in! Whether you have a medical condition that can be helped with nutrition changes or you have personal wellness goals, I will help you navigate those and feel confident in each step of the process.
