Hi, I’m Vanessa Jones—a registered and licensed dietitian with over a decade of experience helping people improve their health through personalized, evidence-based nutrition.
I work with clients facing all kinds of health challenges—like diabetes, heart disease, digestive issues, inflammation, fertility, menopause and more. My approach is functional and whole-person, blending clinical knowledge with real-life strategies that actually work.
I’m all about making nutrition practical, sustainable, and judgment-free. No food rules. No extremes. No diets. Just clear, compassionate support to help you feel better, boost your energy, and build habits that last.
In our one-on-one sessions, I offer medical nutrition therapy, supplement guidance, lifestyle coaching, and meal planning tailored to your goals. I’m also the co-author of The Healthy Flexitarian: A Complete Quick Guidebook.
