Food should not be a source of stress. In one-on-one counseling sessions, I provide tools to help you manage your health effectively. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Nutritional Science from UC Berkeley and a Master's degree in Health Communication from Fontbonne University in St. Louis. Originally from Hong Kong, I moved to the US to pursue my career. This year marks nine years as a clinical dietitian specializing in weight management, diabetes, chronic kidney disease, heart disease, and nutrition support (tube feeding). I also work with neonatal and pediatric populations to manage their growth and nutritional status. My practice is rooted in evidence-based care, and I collaborate with clients to create individualized nutrition plans that support their health and lifestyle goals. Clients can expect a supportive, non-judgmental environment focused on sustainable and culturally appropriate changes. I am fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. Are you ready to make healthy changes? Let’s work together to create a plan tailored just for you!
"Active listening, motivational interviewing and culturally-competent dietitian who understands and respects the diverse cultural backgrounds of their clients, tailoring nutrition counseling and care to be culturally relevant and effective."
