Passionate about helping all individuals, specializations gut health and gastrointestinal disorders, hormonal health including PCOS and menopause, GLP-1 support, food aversions and picky eating, and mindfulness-based nutrition to improve one’s relationship with food. I also work closely with individuals with neurological, intellectual, and developmental disabilities, providing personalized nutrition and fitness plans that respect sensory needs, preferences, and lived experience.
I have personally struggled with weight changes, GI disorders, and the frustration of feeling dismissed or unheard in medical settings. These experiences drive my commitment to being an active listener and providing care that is nonjudgmental, validating, and individualized.
