Background

What You Can Expect:

If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by the endless — and often conflicting — information on nutrition, you’re not alone. Most of us don’t have the time or background to separate fad from fact, let alone translate it into personalized action. That’s where I come in.

In our sessions, I’ll do more than just educate — I’ll curate the science, cut through the clutter, and deliver clear, tailored strategies that actually fit your life. With the right approach, even the most complex nutritional concepts can be transformed into simple, effective habits that fuel real, lasting progress.

My Areas of Focus:

My mission is to help patients overcome the hidden roadblocks of modern health — especially metabolic dysfunction and insulin resistance, which underlie many chronic conditions such as:

Obesity

Prediabetes & Type 2 Diabetes

PCOS

Systemic inflammation

Hormonal imbalances

My approach blends a high-protein, low-carbohydrate dietary framework with personalized adjustments based on your medical needs, preferences, and goals. This isn't one-size-fits-all — it's about giving you a roadmap to sustainable energy, strength, and wellbeing.

If you’re taking anti-obesity medications like GLP-1 RAs, I’ll guide you through proven strategies to boost their effectiveness while managing any side effects. More importantly, we’ll develop behavior changes that replicate — and reinforce — their benefits for the long haul.

I don’t just hand you a plan; I walk with you through it, helping you anticipate obstacles and troubleshoot in real-time so you feel confident, capable, and supported.

My Credentials:

As a Registered Dietitian with over a decade of experience in direct 1:1 patient care — much of it in cutting-edge virtual care settings — I’ve helped thousands of people make powerful changes that last.

In addition to my clinical work, I’ve led teams as a Clinical Operations and RD Manager, always focused on using research and technology to improve outcomes and experiences. I also hold a Master’s degree in Multidisciplinary Health Communication, which means I know how to truly listen and deliver the kind of guidance that resonates — not just in theory, but in your everyday life.

About Me:

I’m a husband, father of two young daughters, and someone who wholeheartedly practices what I preach. The lifestyle I recommend to patients is the one my family and I live every day — which helps me relate more deeply to the real-world challenges of balancing health and happiness in today’s food environment.

We’re an active bunch who love the outdoors — from sports to family “treasure walks” — and those little joys fuel the energy I bring to helping others thrive.

Why I Do This Work/My Drive:

As a young athlete, I experienced firsthand how life-changing the right nutrition can be. That spark grew into a calling: to help others reclaim their health — not through shame or restriction, but through empowerment and clarity.

Too many people are handed generic advice and left to figure it out alone. I’m here to change that. My purpose is to challenge outdated, ineffective models and provide a better way — one that identifies root causes, respects the whole person, and builds real health, step by step.
