Hi! I’m Titilayo (You can call me Titi). I’m thrilled you’re here because it means you’re ready to take the next step toward better health and I’d love to guide you on that journey. With over a decade of experience as a Registered Dietitian, my mission is to empower you to take control of your well-being by combining science backed nutrition with a personal, culturally sensitive approach. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Texas, in addition to a Master of Public Health degree in Human Nutrition and a certification in Global Health from the University of Michigan. 

I specialize in medical nutrition therapy, weight management, women’s health, and chronic disease prevention, with a focus on conditions like diabetes, PCOS, and heart health. Whether you want to create a balanced relationship with food, manage a health condition, or simply feel your best, I work closely with you to design a plan that fits your life.

My mission is simple: to help you harness the incredible power of food as medicine, so you can feel your best, live vibrantly, and thrive in all areas of your life.  In our sessions, you can expect actionable strategies, sustainable habits, and the tools you need to not only meet your health goals but thrive—without sacrificing the foods you love.
