Whether you’re navigating diabetes, GLP-1s, weight concerns, or a lifetime of dieting, I’ll meet you where you are. No judgment. I don’t push rules, shame, or extremes. I offer something much more radical: Autonomy. Clarity. Choice.

I'm here to help you reclaim your health and redefine your relationship with food and your body. To break free from chronic dieting and harmful norms, and to build something that actually lasts. Because health isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s about listening to your body, challenging limiting beliefs, and making choices that honor your values and your real life.

I built my approach on the belief that taking good care of yourself is an act of feminist advocacy and self-empowerment. My work blends nutrition and strategic self-care to help you rebuild a relationship with food and your body that’s grounded in trust, not fear.
