Hello this is Terri, I am a highly experienced Registered Dietitian (RD) and Licensed Dietitian(LD) with Board Certified Specialist in Renal Nutrition (CSR) and Certification Board for Diabetes Care and Education (CDCES). I became a Registered Dietitian since 2009 with more than 10 years experience in the field of nutrition and dietetics. I have been working closely with patients or clients have Diabetes, Chronic Kidney Disease, Acute Kidney Disease, and End Stage Kidney Disease. My goal is to help my patients or clients to have a better health and prevent complications. I have a passion for helping my clients to develop personalized nutrition plans that meets their individualized nutritional goals and needs.
