My name is Taylor, I am a registered dietitian, personal trainer and pilates instructor. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, a Master's Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. 

I specialize in intuitive eating, disordered eating, eating disorders and sports nutrition. I have worked in all levels of care for eating disorder treatment (residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient and outpatient).

I love working with clients on disordered eating recovery, and helping them become intuitive eaters. I also love working with clients to incorporate exercise back into their lives in a non- disordered and healthy way.  

I'm also a Mom of 2, a runner, and lover of all things movement and adventure. I love hiking, going to the beach, paddle boarding and brining my 2 young kids with me along for the ride and adventure.
