Tatiana Leakey, MS, RDN, LD, CNSC, is a licensed and registered dietitian nutritionist with advanced training in clinical nutrition and nutrition support. She is a PhD candidate in Nutrition at Texas Woman’s University and holds a master’s degree in nutrition and dietetics. Tatiana is also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and has been teaching yoga since 2014, bringing a mindful and holistic perspective to her work.
Tatiana provides evidence-based medical nutrition therapy tailored to each individual’s health status, lifestyle, and goals. Her approach integrates clinical expertise with an understanding of social and behavioral factors that influence nutrition. Whether addressing chronic disease, gastrointestinal disorders, or metabolic concerns, she offers targeted, empathetic care to support sustainable, measurable health outcomes.
With more than 7 years of experience, Tatiana has worked in hospitals across intensive care units, surgery and trauma floors, and long-term care settings. She also provides outpatient and telehealth nutrition counseling, supporting clients with digestive issues, diabetes, heart and kidney disease, and unexplained GI symptoms.
What sets Tatiana apart is her ability to blend rigorous clinical training with mindfulness and lifestyle awareness. She works collaboratively with clients, combining nutrition science, behavioral strategies, and yoga-informed practices to address not only what is on the plate, but the whole person.
Outside of her professional work, Tatiana enjoys practicing yoga, cooking with seasonal ingredients, and spending time outdoors. Her calm, grounded energy carries into her sessions, creating a supportive environment that empowers individuals to take meaningful steps toward long-term health and well-being.
