I specialize in areas like weight management, kidney disease, type 2 diabetes, and general healthy eating. I’m all about making meal planning straightforward, encouraging intuitive eating, and helping you develop a positive relationship with food.
I have a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Nutrition and worked at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center (ranked the best hospital in California). While there, I saw how personalized nutrition can really make a difference in people’s lives.
Outside of work, I enjoy experimenting with new recipes, staying active, and spending time outdoors. My goal is to make nutrition feel accessible and help you feel confident in your journey to better health.
