When I'm not helping people with their nutrition, I have a pretty exciting life! I write mystery and suspense novels (how cool is that?), and I love to travel and explore new places. You'll often find me taking long walks on the beach - it's my favorite way to relax and recharge.
Family and friends are super important to me, and I always make time for them. I believe in balance, both in what we eat and how we live our lives.
