Stephanie lives in southern Colorado with her husband, two kids, and too many pets. She decided to pursue a career as a dietitian after studying her family members’ various nutrition-related conditions, including Celiac disease and Failure to Thrive/Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID). She understands what it is like being on the other side of treatment and uses this experience to help other individuals and their families in similar situations. As a former high school science teacher, Stephanie spent many years connecting with and encouraging others to try their best, try new things, and give themselves credit for even trying at all! Stephanie is a Master's level Registered Dietitian who enjoys working with adolescents and adults, and strives to build relationships that instill hope and perseverance. When she is not working, Stephanie enjoys painting, cooking, and getting out to the Nature Center with her kids as much as possible.
