Background

When you work with me, you can expect personalized, realistic guidance that meets you where you are. I’ll help you cut through the noise, take action with clarity, and develop a plan that works for your unique lifestyle, without restrictive rules or one-size-fits-all solutions.

My focus areas include:

Sports Nutrition: I work with youth, high school, and college athletes, as well as their parents, to support growth, performance, and recovery. I also help recreational athletes and active adults fuel training with intention.

Women’s Health: I support women navigating peri- and post-menopause with strategies to manage weight, energy, and hormonal changes in a way that feels empowering and sustainable.

Family Nutrition: I help families simplify mealtimes, navigate planning and parenting with confidence, and bring real food into the everyday moments that matter most.

I’ve worked across clinical, community, and private practice settings and am recognized for blending science with practical strategies that work in real-life applications. My approach is detail-oriented, resourceful, and rooted in helping you feel successful, not overwhelmed.

Outside of work, I’m a Peloton junkie—@IronButterfly on the leaderboard. I love it all: power zone training, pace targets, bootcamps, and strength days. I’m also a proud mom of two competitive athletes, including a collegiate football player, so I understand the real-life demands of training, parenting, and wellness.

I became a dietitian to help people thrive, and launching my private practice has allowed me to focus on what matters most—educating, supporting, and empowering others to nourish themselves well, regardless of their life stage.

Because “Nourishing Greatness” isn’t just my motto—it’s my mission.
