With a Masters Degree in Dietetics, I have over twenty years work experience. I am an enthusiastic dietitian and renal and weight management expert with a solid foundation in counseling of chronic diseases such as, kidney disease, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, obesity and gastrointestinal disorders. I have worked extensively with pre and post bariatrics, PCOS, plant based eating and organ transplantation. I am an active participant in local news segments, articles and a frequent speaker at community and professional forums. I am a proud mom of two young adults. I enjoy plants and gardening, outdoor activities, spending time at the beach and with family and friends.
