I am a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s in Public Health and 10 years of experience in clinical and outpatient nutrition. Clients who work with me can expect an understanding, kind, and judgment-free space where practical, clear nutrition advice is the priority. I’m passionate about partnering with clients to focus on their goals and long-term success, providing guidance that fits their life.
My specialties include women’s health, metabolic and clinical nutrition, and supporting families. I also help clients with fueling for life—whether that means improving everyday energy or optimizing athletic performance. I excel at breaking down complex nutrition facts into clear, actionable steps and enjoy creating group education sessions that connect science to real-world choices.
Outside of work, I love exploring the beautiful Bay Area with my husband, two kids, and our dog. I’m a triathlete who enjoys running, hiking and spending time at the beach. As a food lover and home cook, I believe enjoying food is an essential part of a balanced, healthy life.
