Background

I’m Staci! I'm a trauma-informed functional medicine dietitian who specializes in mental health nutrition. I help individuals explore the deep, often overlooked connections between their innermost thoughts and their innermost biochemical imbalances.

Innermost was born out of a personal resurrection story. A journey of transformation from a lifetime of trauma, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, ADHD, and irritable gut issues into a pathway for healing heart, mind, soul, and body.

I get it- the hell that it is to live inside your head; or to have a brain that feels as if it’s wired to sabotage instead of support you. My own personal healing journey became the foundation for Innermost—a practice built on the belief that we are created for wholeness, yet often carry a whole lot of dysfunction that fragment our heart, soul, mind, and body. When one part is misaligned, the whole person is impacted. But when we courageously tend to the innermost places—our biochemistry and our core beliefs—we begin to restore alignment and create the conditions for true, lasting healing.

This is why I utilize both conventional and functional testing to uncover the root causes of mental conditions. This allows me to move beyond symptom management and explore the underlying biochemical contributors to mental health challenges, such as:

- Nutritional imbalances

- Hormonal dysregulation

- Gut microbiome imbalances

- Toxins, infections, and adverse food reactions

- Chronic inflammation/ immune dysregulation

- Environmental stress

- Genetic predispositions

- Psychosocial factors and trauma

With this functional and integrated philosophy, I can craft personalized nutrition and lifestyle treatment plans that honor the uniqueness of each individual. These plans include evidence-based interventions such as:

- A personalized nutrition plan designed to meet your unique innermost needs

- Targeted, medical-grade supplementation

- Habit and behavior coaching

My goal is not to manage symptoms, but to understand and address their root causes—to help you know yourself more deeply, so you can live more freely. You might feel broken—truth is, you are biologically and beautifully complex. And healing is possible.

If you’re ready to explore your innermost self and heal from the inside out, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
