Hi, I’m Shayne, a registered dietitian with a master's degree in nutrition, who believes nutrition should make sense, feel supportive, and actually work in the context of your life. My approach is evidence-based and integrative, with a focus on blood sugar, metabolic health, and working with (not against) your body...whether you’re on a GLP-1, navigating burnout, or just trying to feel better in your skin.
I don’t believe in extremes or trendy protocols. In a world full of diet noise, I’m here to be real: science-backed, judgment-free guidance that respects both your physiology and your relationship with food. My goal is to help you understand your body, make informed choices, and feel confident about taking control of your health.
I’m a foodie who also thinks about longevity—I believe you can love good food and still care about long-term health, and I’ve learned how to support both. I know nutrition can feel confusing, even delicate sometimes. That’s why I create a space where you don’t have to get it “right”, you just have to be ready to get curious.
Outside of sessions, I’m probably making a mess in my kitchen, reading something nerdy, or buying things I don't need. I bring humor and a lot of heart to this work—and if you’re looking for honest, personalized nutrition support that meets you where you are, I’d love to work together.
"I take an integrative, science-based approach to nutrition that looks at the full picture: metabolism, gut health, hormones, and the everyday factors that influence them. My work is rooted in evidence and guided by curiosity and care. I focus on helping you understand your body and build a plan that’s personalized, practical, and designed to support long-term health."
